The compact USBL positioning system consists of a USBL base station (UB310) and USBL beacons (AB311) with hydro-acoustic communication and positioning software. The base station can track multiple underwater beacons at the same time for two-way data communication; the beacon has its own battery and low-power listening circuitry to support long-term underwater standby. It can be widely used in:

1.ROV positioning and navigation missions

2.AUV navigation, mission adjustment and real-time status monitoring.

3.Remote positioning and control of sensors and equipment

4.Frogman position monitoring and search guidance.
